Suggested Debriefing

After the game is done, many Sets with different pairings of events and feelings will be laid out on the table. An adult can take this opportunity to debrief with the kids and reflect on how a social event leads to a feeling.

There are four rainbow cards with suggested debriefing questions that can be placed in the middle of the table. The adult can point to a chosen set and then select one of the rainbow question cards to foster discussion with the kids.

Questions include:

  • Would you feel differently? If yes, what is it?
  • Do you think this feeling makes sense? What other options do you have?
  • What if somebody else experience the same thing?
  • What do you think they may feel? What would you do to feel better?
